Our Promise

Quality & Certifications

Every EazyPCB board passes a rigorous multi-stage inspection process before it reaches you. Quality isn't an option — it's how we operate.

Quality Policy

Zero-Defect Manufacturing

At EazyPCB, quality is not a department — it's a shared responsibility across every stage of our process. From the moment a Gerber file enters our system to the moment a board ships from our facility, every decision is made with the end quality of the product in mind.

Our quality management system is built on the ISO 9001:2015 framework, with defined processes, regular audits, and continuous improvement cycles. All production staff are trained to IPC-A-600 standards, and our equipment is calibrated on a scheduled maintenance programme.

If it fails, we fix it. Any board that fails our inspection is reworked or remade at no cost.
Full traceability. Every order carries a unique lot number traceable to raw material certificates.
Free DFM on every order. We catch design issues before production so you don't pay for boards you can't use.

Inspection Process

5-Stage Quality Control

Every board passes through five mandatory checkpoints from file intake to final pack.

01

DFM — Design for Manufacturability

Our CAM engineers run automated DFM checks on every Gerber file submission. We verify minimum trace widths, annular rings, drill-to-copper clearances, and layer stack alignment. Issues are flagged and discussed with the customer before production starts.

02

IQC — Incoming Quality Control

All raw materials — laminates, copper foils, chemical baths — are inspected against our material specifications before entering production. Laminates are verified for thickness, Tg rating, and peel strength. Certificates of conformance are retained on file.

03

IPQC — In-Process Quality Control

Quality checks occur at every major production step: inner layer inspection after imaging and etching, layer registration verification before lamination, drill quality inspection, and plating thickness measurement via XRF at defined intervals.

04

AOI — Automated Optical Inspection

100% of finished boards are scanned by high-resolution AOI systems that compare the actual board image against the Gerber reference. Open circuits, short circuits, missing copper, and solder mask defects are detected at the sub-50µm level.

05

E-Test — 100% Electrical Testing

Every net on every board is tested for continuity and isolation using flying probe testers (for prototypes) or custom bed-of-nails fixtures (for volume orders). No board leaves our facility without a passing E-test record.

Third-Party Verified

Our Certifications

All certifications are maintained by annual third-party audits and renewal of scope assessments.

ISO 9001:2015
Bureau Veritas Since 2020

Scope: Design, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, and delivery of printed circuit boards.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems. Our certification covers all production processes from raw material intake to final shipment, ensuring documented procedures, defined responsibilities, and continuous improvement mechanisms are in place across our entire facility.

UL Listed
Underwriters Laboratories Since 2021

Scope: FR-4 PCB laminates and finished boards for North American market.

UL Listing is required for PCBs sold into North American markets. Our laminates and finished board constructions are tested and listed under UL 796 (Printed Wiring Boards). Customers can verify our UL file number on the UL Product iQ database.

RoHS Compliant
EU Directive 2011/65/EU Since 2019

Scope: All materials and processes used in standard PCB production.

We comply with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) for all materials and soldering processes. Lead-free HASL is our default surface finish. XRF analysis is available on request to verify the absence of restricted substances (Pb, Hg, Cd, Cr6+, PBBs, PBDEs) in finished boards.

IPC-A-600 Class 2/3
IPC — Association Connecting Electronics Industries Since 2018

Scope: Workmanship standards for all finished board production.

Our production staff are trained to IPC-A-600 Class 2 as standard workmanship. For aerospace, defence, or medical applications, Class 3 production (tighter tolerance on all visual acceptance criteria) is available on request at a modest surcharge.
