SMT Assembly
Surface mount technology placement for 0201, 0402, QFN, BGA, and all standard SMD packages. Solder paste printing, pick & place, reflow soldering.
Through-Hole (THT)
Wave soldering and selective soldering for through-hole components. Mixed SMT + THT assemblies handled in a single production run.
BGA & Fine-Pitch
Ball Grid Array placement with X-ray inspection to verify solder joint quality under ICs. Packages down to 0.3 mm pitch supported.
Component Sourcing
We source components from authorized distributors (Digi-Key, Mouser, Arrow) and verify authenticity. Full BOM turnkey service available.
Functional Testing
Optional ICT (In-Circuit Test) and functional test fixtures. We can test boards against your test plan before shipment.
Conformal Coating
Acrylic, silicone, or polyurethane coating applied by spray or selective coating machine for protection in harsh environments.

BOM Review
Our team cross-references your BOM with live distributor stock. We flag long-lead or obsolete parts and suggest alternatives if needed.
Assembly & Test
Boards are fabricated, components sourced, assembled with automated SMT lines, and inspected with AOI. Optional functional test available.
Ship Worldwide
Assembled boards are carefully packed and shipped with full tracking. Typical assembly lead time is 7–10 business days after BOM confirmation.
