Placing an order is simple! Upload your Gerber files through our online platform, select your specifications (layers, dimensions, quantity, etc.), review the quote, and complete the checkout process. For custom orders or specific requirements, you can contact our support team for assistance.
We support a wide range of PCB specifications including:
- Layers: 1-20 layers
- Board thickness: 0.4mm to 3.2mm
- Copper weight: 0.5oz to 3oz
- Surface finishes: HASL, ENIG, OSP, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin
- Material: FR4, Aluminum, Rogers, etc.
- Minimum trace/space: 3/3mil

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected:
- Standard shipping: 5-10 business days
- Express shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited shipping: 1-3 business days
After production is complete, we'll provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment's progress. Note that these times are estimates and may vary based on customs clearance and local delivery conditions.
We accept industry-standard Gerber files (RS-274X format) as the preferred format for PCB manufacturing. We also accept:
- Gerber RS-274X (recommended)

- Eagle .brd files

- KiCad files
For PCB assembly, we accept BOM (Bill of Materials) and CPL (Component Placement List) files. If you have any issues with your files, our technical team can help review them before production.
Our standard lead times for PCB fabrication are:
- Standard service: 3-5 business days
- Expedited service: 48 hours
- Super-rush service: 24 hours
These times refer to production only and do not include shipping time. Lead times may vary based on complexity, quantity, and current production load. For large or complex orders, please contact us for a more accurate timeline.
Yes, we offer comprehensive PCB assembly (PCBA) services including:

You can order PCB assembly along with your PCB fabrication or as a separate service. Simply upload your BOM and component placement files with your order, and our team will handle the rest.
